We want you to absolutely LOVE your Ma Chérie case. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- If your case arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue so we can make it right.
- All return requests must be approved before sending an item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges
- We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. This does not include the customer purchasing the wrong item by accident.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items ordered in the incorrect size
- Items purchased during clearance sales
How to Start a Return/Exchange
- Email us at contact@macheriecases.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping your item.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange or replacement.
