Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to absolutely LOVE your Ma Chérie case. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • If your case arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue so we can make it right.
  • All return requests must be approved before sending an item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. This does not include the customer purchasing the wrong item by accident.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items ordered in the incorrect size
  • Items purchased during clearance sales

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@macheriecases.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping your item. 
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange or replacement.
